Progress on-site continues at pace, with key milestones reached across multiple stages:

Stage 1: Precast panels have been successfully installed, marking the first row of warehouses at the eastern end of the site.

Stage 2: Inground plumbing services are currently being installed for the second row of warehouses.

Stages 1 & 2: Major electrical and plumbing services have been completed ready for the next phase of construction.

Stage 3: Structural footings are being installed in the southwest corner of the site.

Throughout the site, the construction of the underground water storage tank is well underway too. We’re currently on schedule and will be open to taking hard hat tours onsite in the coming months.
