A Construction Update to Close Out 2024

Construction at Coburg Industries is moving forward steadily. With significant progress of the major in-ground works, including the installation of the main sewer, water, and stormwater systems to the internal roads, are progressing well. Additionally, warehouse footings along the Southern boundary and the first Eastern row of warehouses have been successfully installed.

The driveway crossovers have been poured for both Joyce Court and Dairy Drive frontages, improving site accessibility whilst the off-site manufacturing of precast and structural steel for the first stage of the warehouses has commenced, bringing us closer to the next phase of construction. The project remains on schedule and excited to bring this unique project to life.
